02 — Work
Real, finished work — not mock-ups. Here's what I've shipped.
A full video-sharing web app I built and deployed end to end. Visitors browse and stream videos, create accounts and log in; an admin dashboard handles uploads and edits. Videos stream from cloud storage with a Postgres database behind it.
Heads-up: the free demo server sleeps when idle, so the first visit can take ~30 seconds to wake.
The site you're on — hand-built with plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. No frameworks, no bloat: fast, accessible and responsive, with a light/dark theme and smooth scroll animations.

I'm a software developer and the person behind lakshmi-n.org. I build web applications the whole way through — the part people see, the logic underneath, the database that stores everything, and the cloud hosting that keeps it online.
I care about work that's reliable and easy to use: clean code, apps that don't fall over, and small details that make software feel effortless. Recently I designed, built and deployed a complete video-hosting platform on cloud infrastructure — and I'd like to build something just as solid for you.
